About the ingredients
Sumac: A deep red spice made from dried berries with a tangy, lemony flavour. Typically used in the Middle Eastern kitchen. It adds acidity and color to the dish.
Burrata: A fresh Italian cheese with a creamy centre, rich in protein and good fats — a perfect combination that keeps you full.
SERVE WITH
Scrambled eggs for breakfast or lunch.
Roasted chicken and broccolini (or baked potatoes) for dinner.
Keto: If you're following a strict keto diet, reduce the amount of tomatoes and pair the salad with scrambled eggs, grilled meat, fish, or chicken for a more keto-friendly meal.
