This is a space for simple, healthy food that's full of variety, color and flavor.
My hope is to inspire you to cook nourishing, wholesome meals with lots of color and natural ingredients.
I've always been curious about food — how it tastes, how it looks and how it affects your body. For me, that means mostly cooking food focused on protein, good fats, fiber and plenty of colorful vegetables, fruits and herbs. Not because of strict rules, but because it genuinely tastes good and makes you feel good too.
That said, balance is everything — so you'll also find a few of my favorite desserts in here.
